Mass 211 Information and Referral Line

Every day, someone somewhere in Massachusetts needs to find   essential community services, from finding an after school program,  locating a food bank, or securing care for an aging parent. Many   face  these challenges, but don’t always know where to turn for help.  The answer is to dial 2-1-1 or 1-877-211-MASS (6277).

MASS 2-1-1 is a statewide collaboration of local United Ways and the Massachusetts Association of Information and Referral Specialists (MAIRS) that recognize the need for people to access accurate information in non-emergency  situations. By dialing 2-1-1 or 1-877-211-MASS (6277), available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, individuals or families can be connected to valuable resources at appropriate community based organizations or government agencies.  Please visit www.mass211.org for more information.
