Kids Make Social Change in Their Community

5^th grade students from the Marlborough Intermediate School get funding for new recess equipment. The students were awarded $1,000 from United Way Youth Venture to buy equipment.

What is United Way Youth Venture?

United Way Youth Venture is a partnership between Youth Venture New England and United Way of Tri-County. This partnership began in July 2008. Youth Venture is a non profit organization that works with youth ages 12-20 to create, lead and launch community benefiting club, business or team.

The United Way Youth Venture partnership will give up to a $1,000 grant to help fund a youth developed program!
